Good hotel with good arrangements, cooperative behaviour of Staff, mentionable Mr. Prem Singh 's service seems very good to me. Rooms are good, food and cleanliness is there. Altogether it was a nice experience.

Very unhygienic and unclean hotel and rooms. Carpets and dirty, bathrooms are unclean. The photos are deceiving. When you reach the hotel you can see the real picture. The staff are only interested in tips and they are very rude if you dont tip them.

This is the most pathetic cheap, with absolute ill mannered hospitality.. what they show and what they give is far apart, no cleaniness, sheets have stains l, blood stains , literally have to ask them change, taps are rusted, corners are broken, floor are messy, lift is broken, stinks, abd more importantly the owner who sits in the reception is a very ill mannered person who is not at all concerned with service and infact is very money minded person according to Him "they keep room charges cheap because they are serving servant class people" trust me this hotel smell cheapness looks cheap with cheap ownership. And staff are trying but they cant help as they are overpowered by owners behaviour who is more concerned with what kind of money client has paid not service I with my family have to cancel the room I was given 305 I urgently booked another room, because servant class or higher class i beleive everybody has right to cleaniness

Location is just perfect. Check in was smooth. Front office staff is polite and professional. Room is spacious and well maintained. Room service is prompt. In house veg restaurant is great. Overall experience was great and recommend for next stay. Great team. Best wishes
